This Is Our Story
17 years ago it was only a dream and after so many years we can say we are still the king of the ceviche. Not only we were the first cevicheria in Elizabeth but we have expanded 3 times. Our first restaurant measured only 14 x 35 where we were feeding a multiple array of ethnicities. Construction workers gave El Tiburon a twist by helping us in the kitchen with their culinary degree obtained back in their countries. After 17 years we continue to put our heart and soul into every dish, every recipe that comes out of our kitchen just like that first ceviche in 2004. ¡Welcome!
